My order doesn't fit - how do I return it ?
Unfortunately, as everything is handmade specific to each order, returns are not accepted. We do however, offer free alterations. If you are not happy with the fit of your order, please get in touch explaining the issue and we will provide you with a returns address. Just pop it back to us and we will amend it for you free of charge within a week of receiving it back.
When will my order be delivered?
For handmade items, please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be shipped, however this can vary at peak or quiet times. For non handmade items like jewellery and hair clips, these will be shipped within 2 working days. Orders are shipped with Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked & Signed For so will arrive within 1-3 working days for UK customers following shipping or 1-2 weeks for International customers.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes we do! We ship worldwide! UK postage and packaging is a flat rate of £3.50 and International Delivery sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for is £11.
How do I track my order?
We will provide shipping details at the time of shipping. You will receive these details in the Shipping Confirmation email. If you would like any further updates on the progress of your order, feel free to enquire using the 'Contact Us' section or email us at EMME-ELLE-ESSE@hotmail.com and we will reply with your details within the day.
