RETURNS POLICY
As every order is handmade specifically to each customer, unfortunately, returns are not accepted. Under no circumstances will briefs be returned for hygiene reasons.
We do however, offer a free alterations service within 14 days of shipping your order. If your order isn't the correct size or if there is a fault, we can amend this free of charge and will send it back to you within the week of receiving it back (Please contact us for the returns address). The return postage however will not be reimbursed so please make sure you order the correct size. If you have any requests on the fit or extra measurements you would like to provide to ensure the perfect fit, please provide these in the notes section when ordering.
Please note that once an order is placed, unfortunately, it can not be refunded due to misunderstanding of the shipping policy - eg. turnaround time. We also cannot take responsibility for any garments that are damaged due to poor care. Please hand wash all items with care.
